I feel almost sheepish, unabashedly squeeing over JKR's work these days, but I can't hold this post in because OMG MY FEELS.
Last night I needed to confirm a detail from the books for my fic-in-progress. (It was, of course, a detail from Neville's big reveal before the battle, which has to be in my top 5 favorite moments of the whole series.) And I made the mistake of picking up DH and thinking I could locate that detail and put the book right back down.
